How to Maximize Your Refund 💡

We want you to get the highest refund possible. Here’s how to avoid deductions:

  • Only return items that are unused and complete. If you opened a box, make sure everything is neatly re-packed.
  • Use clear packing tape when resealing the box. Avoid duct tape, colored tape, or over-taping.
  • Protect the parts so they don’t get scratched or bent in transit — use the original foam or bubble wrap if possible.
  • Include all components for any kit (e.g. both posts and rails) — we cannot refund partial kits.

We genuinely don’t want to charge any return fees. It doesn’t benefit you and it doesn’t benefit us. Our goal is to offer high-quality safety railing at the lowest possible price, and we do that by keeping things lean — no padded pricing, no built-in return allowances.

That means when returns happen, we simply pass through the real costs (re-boxing, manual labor, restocking). If everything comes back in great/new condition, you should be able to get the full refund.
